About us
Welcome to Focus Cycles, a nonprofit created by people who love helping others become more productive and more at ease in their work.
Many of us have spent over 20 years supporting individuals, teams, and organizations to improve how they work. We’ve been agile coaches, Scrum Masters, project managers. We’ve worked with Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, and every method under the sun. Over time, we started to see a pattern. These frameworks often look great on paper, but in real life, they can feel too strict. People tweak them, bend the rules, or quietly abandon them. So we asked ourselves—what actually works?
That’s how Focus Cycles came to life.
Vision
We want a world where everyone, whether working from home or in a team, has simple ways to plan their time, keep their focus, and avoid burnout. Focus Cycles is our way of sharing what we’ve learned—so that no one has to struggle alone with complicated tools or overwhelming systems.
Mission
Our mission is to make real productivity more human, more flexible, and easier to learn. We share the idea of working in cycles—daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly. These rhythms help people stay focused, pause to reflect, and make steady progress without feeling overwhelmed.
Here’s how we do that:
- We offer free educational resources through our blog and tools
- We host free seminars to teach people how to use Focus Cycles in daily life
- We help people adapt agile principles in a way that feels natural and not forced
What We Offer
Focus Cycles is not a product. It’s a way of thinking, and a growing global community. We offer:
- Free monthly seminars open to anyone
- simple templates and practical exercises you can use on your own or with your team
- Books that guide you through the Focus Cycles method step by step
Meet the Team
We’re a small team of curious minds—coaches, facilitators, educators, designers, and technologists—spread across different countries and backgrounds. What brings us together is this shared belief: work can feel better. And we’re doing our part to help that happen, one cycle at a time.
